I think I just got darker by a few degrees. Yesterday's GB was quite merciless. GB day is on the 16th July and have to practice the 'performance' on the parade square. At 3pm of the day, what can you expect... only to have the sun pour its cancerous rays on your body lor. DUH! -- I am tan enough. I don't need a tan line!! RAWR! Anyway, we learnt some new stuff like doing the pledge sign and saluting, plus a tough up on all the drill that we have learnt so far. It was kind of boring, stoning like crazy. Cannot talk, cannot move, cannot look down, nor can you shield yourself from the sun. Its like 去送死一样. My face almost drained of colour. The worst thing is that the boots are black and conductor of heat. If you have learnt science, you would noe the wonderful happenings - the boots heated up quickly and my foots were almost scorched. OUCH! Alot of people fell like flies... due to dehydration I guess and the unbearable heat. I wonder what kind of discipline is that. Or is that torture. The senoirs were slacking in the shade while we waited really patiently for them to get ready. They took a really really long time. Anyway, wish me luck on 16th July, Monday.
