YAY! today is finally the last day of the exam... Maths was quite tough. I barely finished the paper on time. It was really a miracle I must admit. I wonder how I will do though. Anyway, lets start from the beginning. On Thrusday, 4 Oct`07, was my first paper. It was English Compo... it was tough. I would be glad if I pass this exam :) I wrote the 3 question: about being a monkey and describing what happened. It was a topic that canbe written but the tricky part lies in the ability to switch between tenses without making mistakes. We had an hour break before the Literature Paper. We were tested on the Miracle Worker. You know, all about Helen Keller and the Miracle Worker, Annie Sullivan. Ican memories part of the book already and it still sticks in my head. LOL!! We were tested on the different usage of devices such as symbols (door and keys) and the different running themes in the story. For example: Conflict, Parental Love, Pity and Appearance versus Reality. It was an okay paper overall.

On Fri, 5 Oct`07, was Chinese Composition. The topics were something like 一位开朗的朋友 or about the trip to the East Coast Park - Costal Cleanup. No comments about this one. Sigh... we had an hour of break in between and then it was Geography. This EOY topics were: Agriculture- high tech farming, Water Source, World Starvation, Green Revolution (GR) and Genectically Modified Food (GM). In total, it is human Geography. The paper was tricky, full of questions with twist and turns. I hope I did okay for this too. I was exhausted when the paper ended and slept for around 4 hours straight. Miss Wong's handywork I guess.

The exams stopped temporarily to make way for the weekends. This didn't seem like any ordinary weekend. Everyone was mugging like crazy. Wherever you go or talked, it comes back down to either studying or mugging. The only other relaxation outlet I had was BLEACH. I enjoyed all the lame jokes they had, the cool characters and story plot with creative imagination.

Alas, Monday came without fail and so the start of exams. 8 Oct`07, English Language Paper 2. The Comprehension was a killer. (In my opinion) I didn't faint (thank goodness) and did the paper. The Summary and the questions... :( After the break was History. AGHHHH!! This one I studied and I can still recite all the brilliant and interesting facts out like some robot. The paper was okay. No comments. I think commenting on it woud be disastrous. The topics were Tang Dynasty and Explorations. Some explores: Christopher Columus, Ferdinand Magellan, Ibin Battuta and so on. The Source-Based Questions were fine. Not as bad as I thought.

9 Oct, Tuesday, was Mother Tongue Paper 2. The paper was fine. Not Fair!! Catherine didn't have to come that day cause she had no Mother Tongue Paper to take. She is a Korean you see :) That day only had one paper. So could watch more Bleach. We did a bit of ODT - Me, Karen and Sandra. Ithink it was that day that it rained really really heavily. A read downpour. Me and Karen had to walk in the rain to the bustop. It was not Singing in the Rain, more like Taking a Bath in the rain. We were totally drenched from head to toe though we had umbrellas. Our shoes, pnnafold, bag, socks and legs were wet. And our umbrellas of course. The lightning was terrifying cause I was the taller one there.

10, Oct`07, Wednesday. Then was the Biology Paper. 7 topics in all - The Human Transport System, Digestive System, Ecology, Diseases and Pathogens, Classification, Diffusion and Osmosis. The paper was between average and difficult. Mr De Souza took 6 quesions from the Bio O Level Ten Year Series!! Like who cannot regconise. :( I went for my Dental Checkup at the School Mobile Clinic after that while Karen took over Catherine's ACP CEO duties for a meeting at the Shaw Lab.

11 Oct`07, Thursday. The last day of the exams for us! Whoo! so shuang (: As I told you about the Maths exam already, I shall tell you what I did after that. We did ODT again, this time completing it. Then we had a class discussion for Drama Night, and an ACP briefing by Catherine. Not so fun isn't it? Karen, Charla and I went on a hunt for the BIBI and BABA shop selling our school uniforms at the Shaw Centre, only to realise that it was not the shop. Explanation: what I needed was the PE shorts but then our shorts is sold by a different company or so it goes. So we decided to eat at the Mcdonalds there. From there we took I90 at Far East Plaza to Plaza Singapura. Our destination was the COMICS CONNECTION shop. We took a look at all the Zampakutous and the Bleach collectables. Karen bought: A poster, A Renji necklace, A ichimaru collar pin and something I can't remember for her elder brother. I think it has something to do with Byakuya.

We took the MRT to City Hall. Charla said that the place had changed and was different. They had quite cool shops there. We saw Billabong, Crumbler and a really posh fountain pen shop. They even had the type that the Romans used. You know the pen with a ticklist red feather. We visited all the cute little push-cart shops too. They sold a wide range of goods. Including bouncing birds, monkeys and dolphins. Then I went home to watch Bleach. That was all I guess.
