National Day photos. This year's celebration was not too bad. It was quite entertaining and I really enjoyed myself, jumping around with friends, releasing balloons from the 3rd floor. And then popping them downstairs. The entire event started with a formal parade at the Parade Square and the address statement of the GOH and Principal. We then shifted to the Amphitheatre. We had fancy drill by the uniform groups, whereby Jessie was participating. Angklung, Dance and Indian Dance all gave entertaining performances. The Sec 3s had a runway show which made everyone roll over with laughter. Since when did people attach Singapore Flyers on their head and had spikes on their chest due to the Esplanade? The house cheerleaders lead us in the Singapore cheer which sounded more like a chant than an attempt to rap. All these were celebrated with the German/French/Vietnamese visitors we had.

I went home straight away to catch up on some sleep and watch the Beijing Olympics.
