The first 4 days of school has passed (very slowly indeed) and some amusing things have happened. Monday was fine other than staying back late for CCA. CCA on Wednesday was really slack as we had badge time. Before CCA we were so bored so I decided to try out the Elaine Goh version of the Hitsugaya joke on Karen's blog. HAHA! It was really entertaining. You may read the above and try it out yourself.

Wednesday was slack - we did computer music arrangements for the song LAND BEFORE TIME. Why do I always end up pairing CAT!? Sigh... We watched China's lost girls which was this really sad story about the effects of the China one-child policy. Like girls getting dumped/aborted or abandoned due to the preference of boys. And then teenage/middle age girls getting kidnapped and then sold as wives to men who cannot find wives due to this gender imbalance. Husbands divorcing and pressuring their wives to give birth to baby boys. HELLO, your wive is NOT A COW! WHY THE HECK ARE THE GIRLS getting the bulk of TORTURE, when you guys are so gender bias. Being a chinese as well, I wonder what so important about passing the familiy name having their own security. THERE IS A DAMN LIFE AT STAKE HERE. Sometimes I find tradition really stupid but I am a chinese too. If guys are so damn good, go give birth one yourself and don't forget that all guys come from their mothers. Don't insult your own mother. I feel like I need to vent my anger and I guess this is one of the places. If I said anything insulting I'm sorry, but this is the truth and how I feel about it.

Enough... Thursday was a long day, but we all survived it. We shifted sitting arrangements again. This time, Catherine and Jessie are sitting beside me. We have started a new topic for science and it is called Creative Problem Solving. Its something like OM but much much simpler. I didn't know that this could be graded into your GPA><>

Miss Picca told us about her brother today. About how genius he was, reading a thick volume of encyclopedia about the different species of dogs at 6. And he would drive the family crazy with his questions. When his dog craze was over, he started on another encyclopedia on horses. HAHA!
